4D Kart is a multi-vendor online marketplace where independent sellers list and sell products. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may return purchased products.
By placing an order on 4D Kart, you agree to this Return Policy.
Customers may request a return if:
The product is damaged or defective
The wrong item was delivered
The product received is significantly different from the description
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
To qualify for return:
The item must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice must be included
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or customer-damaged items
Perishable goods
Customized or personalized products
Digital or downloadable products
Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the website

Provide your Order ID and reason for return
Attach clear images of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.
After the returned product is received:
It will be inspected by the seller/vendor
If approved, the refund process will be initiated
If rejected, the product may be returned to the customer
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
All online payments on 4D Kart are securely processed through Razorpay, and refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary.
If the return is due to seller error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping charges will be borne by the seller.
If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may not be refundable.
