By placing an order on 4D Kart, you agree to this policy.
Customers may cancel an order under the following conditions:
The cancellation request is made before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If the order has already been shipped:
Cancellation may not be allowed.
In such cases, customers may refer to our Return Policy after delivery (if applicable).
If a cancellation request is approved:
The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
Bank processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank.
4D Kart reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
Product out of stock
Incorrect pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraudulent transaction
Incomplete or incorrect customer information
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
