By placing an order on 4D Kart, you agree to this policy.
A product may be eligible for return if:
The item delivered is damaged or defective
The wrong product was delivered
The product is significantly different from its description
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
The product must be:
Unused and in original condition
Returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged products (caused by customer misuse)
Perishable goods
Customized or personalized items
Digital/downloadable products
Items marked as “Non-Returnable”

Once approved, return pickup instructions will be provided.
After the returned product is received and inspected:
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Online payments are securely processed via Razorpay
Refund timelines may vary depending on bank processing time.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
